About Us

During the academic year, The Dental Hygiene Clinic at Quinsigamond Community College is open to the general public as well as the College community for dental hygiene services.  Treatment is provided by dental hygiene students under the supervision of licensed faculty members and a supervising dentist. A nominal fee is charged to defray the cost of supplies.

Services We Provide

_Comprehensive Care for:
  • Adults (age 13 and over):Includes prophylaxis (cleaning), toothbrush, homecare instruction, fluoride treatment, and any necessary bitewing x-rays or FMX as prescribed.  $25.
  • Children (age 12 and under): Includes prophylaxis, toothbrush, homecare instruction, fluoride treatment, and any necessary bitewing x-rays.  $20
  • Senior Citizens (age 62 and over) $20.
  • Full-time College Students with valid I.D.  $20.00  
Also:
  • Fluoride Varnish Treatment: $15.00
  • Full-Mouth X-Rays: All x-rays will be mailed to patient's dentist.  $20.00               
  • Bite-Wing X-Rays: If separate from prophylaxis appointment.  $10.00    
  • Panoral X-Ray: $20.00  
  • Tooth Lightening: If appropriate and after comprehensive dental hygiene treatment.  $100.00
  • Pit & Fissure Sealants (each): $10.00  
  • Athletic Mouth Guard: $20.00
  • Chemotherapeutic Agents: $15.00/area
  • Supplemental Aids: Rubber tip, floss threaders, bridge cleaners, extra toothbrushes, Proxy brushes, Perio-aids, etc.  $2.00
